Gentleman adventurer

Podcast #56 – The weather porn episode.

The one where I disclose my addiction to weather porn.
Also, I respond to Cappy’s terrible personal hygiene regime and give you young men out there the real deal on smelling like a manly man doing manly things.
Plus I mercilessly mock a female singer songwriter.

Many links mentioned, you will find them after the cut.

The singer songwriter that I mercilessly mocked.

The absolutely awesome weather porn wind site.

Terre d Hermes aftershave.

And the stick deodorant.

Sound was good. Skipped the male hygiene part, loved the weather porn website & appreciated your take on weather starting religion – nicely done. I could see religion evolving before my eyes. Just wondering what I need to sacrifice to get this cold snap in Melbourne over & done with.

    • Hate to tell you this but winter doesn’t end until the spring equinox on September 21st. All the weather reporters get this basic fact wrong. Bunch of losers. No wonder they can’t get global warming right.

I am not of the alt-right. Or even of the right. You might even describe me as “blue pill”, I guess. But I’m pretty sure this will amuse you anyway.

    You’re welcome.

I heard that cappy episode. My first thought was what a friggin ingrate. Then, I started laughing since I’ve run into the same situation. You’re in your host’s shower, look around and see no soap, only women’s flowery scented products and a loofa in dubious condition.

As someone who travels a bit, I bring my own. Hit the supermarket or drugstore and get sample size bars of soap and shampoo. OR, if you are like me grab them from the Hotel. They replace them every day. Carry them in a ziplock.
